Georgia Runoff Election Challenge #1

Lawsuit filed by the Republican National Committee (RNC) and Georgia Republican Party challenging poll watcher access and the use of ballot drop boxes ahead of the 2021 Georgia Senate runoff elections. The Democratic Party of Georgia and Democratic Senatorial Campaign Committee (DSCC) moved in intervene in the case. The Superior Court of Fulton County dismissed the case.

This case was one of the lawsuits former President Donald Trump and his allies brought in an effort to overturn the results of the 2020 election.
