Kenya Small Business Leaders Programme
A pioneering virtual secondments talent drive to support local technology-enabled businesses
The Kenya Small Business Leaders Program is powered by Shortlist and WomenWork in partnership with the UK Kenya Tech Hub (UKKTH).
Kenya Small Business Leaders matches subject matter experts with technology-enabled small businesses through a paid virtual secondment over 3 months to help fuel growth and unlock potential.
Check out the experts and companies selected for this first round of the program.
Experts work to build capacity in a variety of functional areas, tailored to the needs of each business. Over the course of three months, experts work with small businesses to address a specific challenge that the business is facing.
Secondment fees are covered by the UK-Kenya Tech Hub. There is no cost for small businesses to apply or to participate, if selected.
