Welcome to Toronto Community Benefits Network Career Talks in Construction and Trades Online Series.

This bi-weekly online discussion series focuses on connecting people who are interested in a pathway into the construction and trades sector, with connecting them to various industry leaders from various trades and construction sectors. Some discussions will also focus on a woman leaders in the construction and trade sector, as we have found representation is really important, so we at TCBN make a concerted effort to ensure that we are featuring a diverse set of guest speakers that can speak to various needs of people trying to enter the construction sector. This conversation series will give you an opportunity to engage with various experts from various unions and trade sectors, that you will hear first-hand what it takes to get into that specific trade.

These online conversations will take place:

Tuesdays 1:00pm to 2:30pm

The Format Will Be As Follows:

45 minutes of a guided conversation with Construction Experts moderated by a TCBN Program Manager Brandon Hay

30-45 minutes of question and answer period with TCBN program participants.
