POPxo is India's online community for women that deals everything from fashion, beauty, lifestyle, work, and etc.

Reaching 9 million users every month with over 102 million monthly engaged content views. POPxo provides text and video content in an accessible manner, and reach them where they live their lives: on social media and on mobile. It focuses on reaching a highly targeted audience - the millions of young urban women in India who are growing in confidence, in independence and in spending power, it monetizes by working across formats (native ads, social posts, events) with brands who want to reach this important and influential consumer base.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• To coordinate with various teams for the smooth functioning of social media pages, Ideation and creative inputs on the content
• Help social media managers with day to day requirements
• Work closely with the Design Team to ensure creatives are delivered on time
• Coordinate with the Marketing Team for brand campaigns and activations
• Manage tight deadlines
• Stay up to date with the latest social media best practices & technologies

Other Requirements:

• Creatively inclined and social media savvy. 
• Relevant experience preferred, not mandatory
• Excellent interpersonal skills and experience in working with cross-functional teams or manage events.;
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Know how to work on at least one design tool (Eg. Canva)
